How do I wash the collar?

The collar is best washed in warm soapy water, using a soft scrubbing brush to remove any stubborn dirt. Do not use any harsh chemical cleaners as this may cause damage to the material.

How does the Wonder Collar work?

It is a two part collar which keeps the slip collar just behind the ears, this gives maximum control over the dog. The normal position of conventional collars is on the base of the neck at the shoulder which happens to be the strongest part. You have only to look how a harness works and fits on sled dogs.

Can I use Wonder Collar with my dog on the right?

No, it is designed to be used on the left. Their are two ways of using any slip collar, one correct and one incorrect. In the incorrect position the collar does not release quickly enough. Yes, our products are covered by a three month warranty against defects in manufacture but our warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear and damage however caused.
